Cancellation and Booking Policy:

A full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days from your stay. Cancellations made within 60 days of your stay will not be refunded.

Once a reservation/booking has been taken, Tenant must initial and date each page and sign and date the final page. Tenant must forward this signed agreement and make payments at specified times.

Super Strict 30 Days: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in:

Check-in time is 4pm unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out:

Check-out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
