The living room space features a television, comfortable seating, a full-size Sleeper sofa plus access to kitchen and dining spaces. The main-level kitchen features a cabinet front and stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space with all the latest kitchen countertop appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishware, glassware, and cookware needed to make delicious meals for a large family gathering.
The main level dining area features a large stylishly beautiful dinner table. Additional seating is available at the extra-long granite island. For dinner with a view, several tables with plenty of seating are located on the spacious wide deck surrounding the back of the house, overlooking Table Rock Lake and the City of Branson. The dining area features a large family-style dinner table with additional seating along the granite island.
Five spacious bedrooms are situated throughout the three levels of the property. The main level queen bedroom has a new super-comfortable memory foam mattress, luxurious linens, and plenty of storage. The 2-twin bed’s bedroom, also located on the main level, has access to the second main level bathroom.
A beautiful loft and a spacious sitting room overlook the main level kitchen, dining, and living areas, the king-size bedroom is located just off the sitting area and is complete with a private bathroom and access to a private deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!

Just steps from the front entrance to the house, we offer our very own take on a personal Tiki-Bar. Tropical colors abound, bamboo and thatch accents, a 20’ long custom-made bar complete with refrigerator, glassware and set-ups, special barstools, lighting, and…..are you ready? Four tropical-colored kayaks with paddles and plenty of fishing poles are accessible from hooks on the wall and are provided solely for your family’s fun on Table Rock Lake! A pool table, dartboard, poker table with chairs, and an arcade game await you in this family-style bar. This space opens out onto a deck with a picnic table and a simply gorgeous view of the lake. We had trees cleared for a panoramic view from the house to the lake and a walkway installed for your convenience and easy access to Table Rock Lake.
As an extra added perk, feel free to bring your boat and take advantage of our boat slips free of additional charge to our guests!

The beautiful three-level 9,500 sq. ft. brick mansion features 8 spacious bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, a brand-new state-of-the-art theater room, a surprisingly themed game room on the lower level bound to delight our guests!
Rolling Hills Estate is a holiday home air-conditioned accommodation that offers private pools and fireplaces. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware, and utensils. Rooms open to balconies. Bathrooms include a shower.
The mother-in-law suite has 2 bedrooms. One king and one queen. The house has on the main level has one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen size futon and the master is on the main level also with a king bed and a queen futon. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with king-size beds. One of the bedrooms had a private bath and the other two had a jack and jill that’s shared.
The lower level where the 2nd kitchen is where the movie theatre and game room is. There is also a kids’ bedroom that sleeps 8 kiddos. There are 2 bunk beds with a trundle. The top bunk is a twin and the lower bunk is double with a twin trundle.
Recreational amenities at the holiday home include a spa tub. The hot tub is outside next to the pool.
